Have you ever felt like you didn't want to call in a "expert" because you where afraid of what they were going to tell you? Did you see dollar signs $$$$ and heads shaking back and forth with a " really bad", or "you should have called me earlier"? Well that was me. I even called and cancelled the appointment once because I just wasn't prepared to hear the bad news. I did muster the courage up and called Colin again, to come and access my "problem basement". Turned out I should have kept the first appointment. His genuine kindness and concern for my situation was obvious. I thought either he is a good actor or a really good guy. Turned out he is a GOOD guy. We talked over my options, he never scared me once about what we had to tackle. He had "seen it all before" and was sure he could solve my issues. He made me feel like we were in the trenches together and that he knew exactly how to get me to the other side. I trusted him, and guess what? He delivered. He worked hard, like get yourself in there and do the hard work, hard. He did my job in 3 days and did all he promised. He showed me the extra things he does on a normal basis. For me it could not have been a better fit. He is proud of his work and it shows. I'm grateful for his patience with all my questions, with explaining the whole process and making it fit my budget.

With the thaw of all our winter snow and some rain, we are proud to have a dry basement. Your employees and you did a great job of putting in the sump pump and drain tile system last fall.
I chose your company because you met my specifications. In remodeling our basement, I had done the framing, insulating, electrical installation, drywalling, painting and finishing. Both our plumber and the basement waterproofer allowed me to do the demo work and sub floor for the bathroom. I wanted to do the memo work of trenching for the drain tile system, the sump pump hole and exposing the wall and footings. Two other companies bid the job, but would not allow me to help. A friend of mine, Elise Duffy, referred you because of the system you installed in her home. You were on time for our meeting and estimate. I like your giving me the option to do as much of the demo work as I wanted up to your people doing it all. Your people were out on the day scheduled, finished the job on time, removed my demo work, and left the basement clean to our expectations. When I had questions about how to test the pump, you and your staff were courteous and answered my questions.

I would just like to take a few minutes of your time to let you know what great worker's you have. We had Bret Raiche and your guys out last Thursday & Friday to waterproof our basement. I can't praise you and them enough for the great job they did and how professional you all were. When they were through and left there was no mess for me to have to clean up at all. They made sure and cover our floors so there wouldn't be a mess. We have steep steps going down to our basement and I worried that they would fall going up and down with those five gallon buckets full of either cement or rock, they worked really hard and my husband and I just wanted to let you know that because it is so hard to find good, reliable worker's now a days. Our basement looks real good and you kept me and my husband informed on what was happening each step of the way.
